Where is your office?

What are your hours?

I’m here for you from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. If you need an outside-hours appointment, just let me know, and we’ll work something out!

Do you take insurance?

While I don’t accept insurance directly, I’m happy to provide a superbill. This document can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to understand the specifics of what they offer for out-of-network services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens! I understand. If you need to cancel, please provide at least a 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person?
Yes! While there’s something special about face-to-face interactions, the magic of technology ensures you receive the same quality of care online. Plus, you can attend in your pajamas. Win-win!
What's unique about your approach to therapy?
My approach is integrative and holistic, taking a mind, body, and spirit approach. I tailor my treatment plans to the individual needs of each client. With tools from EMDR, Ego State Therapy, DBT, and CBT in my toolkit, I offer personalized therapeutic experiences.
I've heard about EMDR. How does it benefit me?

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, acts as a memory and belief system ‘editor.’ It’s particularly transformative for individuals with trauma, helping them process and reinterpret distressing memories.

Who do you typically work with?
I cater to a spectrum of clients – be it individuals seeking self-growth or couples aiming to enhance their relationships. I’ve also carved a niche in supporting adolescents navigating the rollercoaster of teenage years and adults battling challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
Speaking of eating disorders, how do you approach them?
Eating disorders are more than just dietary habits; they often mirror underlying emotional turmoil. My approach dives deep into these emotional undercurrents while also addressing the physical manifestations.
Does therapy genuinely help with anxiety?
Absolutely! While the path to managing anxiety varies for everyone, therapy offers effective tools and strategies that many find pivotal for their well-being.
Is everything I share confidential?
Absolutely. What’s shared in the therapy room (or screen) stays there. Your privacy is a top priority.
What if I cry during a session?

Tears are a natural part of the healing process! I always have a tissue box on standby and an empathetic ear ready.
